2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Graded cards.
- Opened packs, boxes, or sealed products.
- Items explicitly marked as final sale or non-returnable.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at sales@houseofcards.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will also refund the original shipping cost.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
7. International Returns
For orders shipped outside the UAE, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs, and duties.
