  • ### Terms and Conditions for Card Grading Service

    **1. Agreement Overview**  
    By submitting your cards for grading through our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between the card owner ("Customer") and House of Cards, referred to as "Service Provider."

    ---

    **2. Submission and Responsibility**  
    - The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all cards submitted for grading are accurately described and meet any criteria set by the grading company (PSA) and by The Service Provider.  
    - Cards must be securely packaged when handed over to the Service Provider. The Service Provider will not be liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by the Customer.

    **3. Transit and Insurance**  
    - The Service Provider will insure the cards for their declared value during transit to and from the grading company. The insurance only covers loss or damage during transit.  


    - The Service Provider will not be liable for damages or losses exceeding the declared insurance value.  

    ---

    **4. Grading Process**  
    - The grading process is conducted entirely by PSA. The Service Provider is not responsible for delays, grading decisions, or discrepancies in the grades assigned.  


    - PSA’s terms and conditions apply to all grading services, and the Customer agrees to those terms when using this service.

    **5. Damages and Liability**  
    - The Service Provider is not responsible for damages caused during the grading process, handling by PSA, or transit after cards leave PSA.  


    - The Service Provider will take reasonable care in handling the cards but is not liable for damages occurring due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, theft, or mishandling by third-party service providers.

    **6. Delays**  
    - The Service Provider will provide estimated timelines for grading, but these are not guaranteed. PSA processing times, shipping delays, customs inspections, and other factors are beyond the Service Provider’s control.  


    - The Service Provider is not liable for financial losses caused by delays in the grading process or transit.  

    ---

    **7. Fees and Payments**  
    - All fees, including grading, shipping, insurance, upcharges and any additional service charges, must be paid in full before cards are submitted to PSA.  
    - If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, cards will not be sent for grading.

    - All upcharge fees must be paid in full within 7 days of receiveing the upcharge notification.
    - If payment for upcharge is not received within the agreed timeframe, cards will be automatically listed on the PSA/eBay website for auction to recoup grading costs. 
    - Once the sale payment has been sent to The Service Provider, The Service Provider will debudct their fees for the upcharge of the grading, The Service Provider will also charge 10% commision on the Hammer Price as consignment fees.

    **8. Return of Cards**  
    - Upon receiving graded cards, the Service Provider will notify the Customer and arrange for their return.  
    - Customer can collect their cards at an agreed time with The Service Provider, or The Service Provider can arrange delivery at a cost.
    - Cards will only be returned to the Customer after all outstanding balances are cleared.  
    - The Service Provider is not liable for cards not claimed by the Customer within 90 days. 
    - Any cards not collected by the Customer within 90 days will be sent to consignment and sold with the sale price belonging to The Service Provider as storage fees.

    **9. Dispute Resolution**  
    - Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.  
    - The Customer agrees to resolve disputes informally with the Service Provider before pursuing legal action.

    **10. Termination of Service**  
    - The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer without explanation. Cards will be returned to the Customer in such cases, with applicable fees deducted.  

    ---

    **11. Indemnity**  
    - The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of this service.  

    ---

    **12. Changes to Terms and Conditions**  
    - These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The latest version will always be made available to Customers before accepting cards for grading.  

    ---

    **Acknowledgment and Agreement**  
    By submitting cards for grading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
